This past week has been one of those weeks where Michael and I helped where we could.
We may not have much money, but we do have friends, we do have hands that can work, we do have strength for friends who need more….
Sometimes the support of a friend means so much more than anything that money can buy….
Remember, lend an ear when a friend needs someone to listen, or a shoulder when they need to cry.
Lend your presence when they’re lonely, and a hand when they need help up.
Treat your friends as you’d like to be treated in return.
AMEN!!!
I seem to be on the receiving end of help lately.
However, today I am helping someone in need. I am moving and have a freezer full of food I can not take with me. I am giving it to a needy family at church. 🙂 Feels good.
Good for you! Even little things like that mean a whole lot to someone in need! Trust me, this one I know from experience!!
This is so simple, yet so heartwarming.
So very simple 🙂
Whenever I can (or am asked) and however I am able.
I love you for that!! XOXO
